However, access to the owners pool and services at the gym and spa are an additional fee paid to the Beach Club directly. Your vehicle registration fees are included with the rental and will be prepaid before your your trip. We will pre-register you with the guardhouse, so that you can pickup your pass upon arrival. There is a limit of 2 vehicles per condo.
